Project Themes

Children learn technology skills by completing projects that incorporate real world applications and simulate the use of the computer in various careers. They become webmasters, journalists, reporters, event planners, entrepreneurs, consultants, stock brokers, and more! Children also learn difficult concepts in a fun way since our curriculum includes activities that excite and inspire children to learn. Whether running a candy factory, making a movie, buying stocks in companies, playing Survivor, or participating in the Olympics, children have a great time acquiring new technology skills! The following is a sampling of some of our exciting projects:

TechnoQuest: Students go on a quest to earn their knighthood by saving the captured king, whose brother has overtaken the throne. Students use software such as Microsoft Word and Access to create their own shield, solve riddles, and learn about life in the Medieval Times.

TechnoArtist: Students prepare their own art collection by making pieces of art while stretching the limits of conventional art tools utilizing Microsoft Paint. Sparking the imagination of young artists and learning about graphics, art elements, art history, and artistic mediums.
